I feel compelled to write to you, as Director of your Company, about it’s work undertaken at my house.

It all started with your Company’s leaflet being pushed through my front door. Prior to this I had no knowledge or any connection with your Company or yourself. I was hesitant to engage somebody new to undertake the work, as my past experience with building work had not been too bright. The work required was urgent and I took a chance.

I called you, when you discussed the entire project and gave me a few examples of your Company’s work. One was just a few yards from our house across the road. This work although 3 years old looked good and I was at liberty to talk to the owners about their views. I thought over matters, discussed with my wife and decided to proceed. We finalised dates, times and price agreeable to both sides – taking into view that the paving area was very much larger than normal.

Your estimate was that the work would take 4 to 5 days. Throughout the entire process you and your team worked tirelessly in a professional and efficient manner. They worked long hours, much more than normally seen on a building site. You tried to accommodate all our wishes. Top class materials (such as Marshall’s bricks) and equipment was used. It was also done in a manner that my car parked in my garage was still able to be taken in or out at will. The work was completed in record time of 2 days and a bit. It was of high quality and we felt that it looked exceedingly good.

Since then neighbours, passers by, relatives and friends have commented in glowing terms about the front driveway’s beautiful look and appearance.

At the same time we also asked your company to clean/polish our back patio that was a large area but in a drab condition from acid rain. This work was also completed in record time. When finished, the blocks were completely shining as if new. In the very many years that we have lived here, we have never seen the patio so bright and vibrant. Everybody who has seen this patio believes that it is newly installed.

Tom and his staff have just done our driveway in Elstree and done an amazing job. They turned up as agreed Monday morning at 8 am and had dug the entire old concrete driveway up in a day. Everything was completed by Thursday afternoon. Tom and his team are extremely polite, professional and thorough with their work. J&M Pavers did an amazing job repaving our front driveway. From initially contacting J&M Pavers and all the way through to completion, Thomas was really responsive, helpful and was always contactable. He arrived when he said he was going too and did what he said he was going too! He and the team were really friendly, approachable and respectful, they arrived each day when they said they were going too and completed each day what they told me they were going to do. The driveway took four days to complete and we could not be happier with the result.
